Hi Barbie! By now you’ve probably watched the movie after all the craze and memorized the choreography and all the words to every song, I know I have. And if you’re like me, you can never know too much.
These two videos were created to introduce the Max audience to the cast of Barbie by having them answer a variety of questions and play a game of this or that about themselves and the film. The client wanted the look and feel of the video to be bright and colorful, just like Barbie.
I designed three options for the graphics and included elements for each below.

Warner Bros. Discovery held its upfront presentation at the Theater at Madison Square Garden May 17 in New York.
Casey Bloys, chairman and CEO, HBO and HBO Max content, called Sam Levinson drama The Idol provocative, and also teased a new season of True Detective, Kate Winslet drama The Regime and Robert Downey Jr. spy series The Sympathizer.
In my role as a senior designer on the Global Brand Creative Team at WBD, I iterated templates and expanded thumbnails to ensure optimal fit and alignment.

HBO Original A Black Lady Sketchshow is known for serving the best looks every season. For season four, our team was tasked to create a motion flipbook visualizing different hairstyles throughout the episodes. The final piece was designed by my fellow designer, Dauly Cuello. My design boards were inspired by the key art of the show and are posted below. Animation was done by Max Richardson and I.

For the final season of HBO Original show, Succession, a Pinterest idea ad and Tiktok post were created to promote the show. I designed title cards based off of the sleek design of the show logo. The client decided to go with a text only approach for the final delivery.

This reel was created to be placed on the welcome page before logging into Discovery+ on mobile devices and computers. It was used to showcase the different programs on the platform and convince new users to sign up. I worked alongside my creative director as we both navigated 3D animation for the first time.

This package for HGTV digital was crafted to refresh previous packages for social and sponsored video. The objective was to align stylistically with how we approach the creation of digital identities while connecting back to the HGTV brand spirit.
The conceptual approach to this design package uses the triangle from the HGTV logo as a jumping off point. The graphics are defined by the use of geometric shapes coming together to form images and textures.
I designed the patterns used in the endcards for the package and product review images on the HGTV website. I was also tasked to create a neutral color palette to use in instances when the brand colors wouldn’t work with elements over footage.

Jet Tila, a celebrated chef and Food Network star, is known for his storytelling through food. With appearances on Iron Chef America, Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen, and hosting Ready Jet Cook, he's deeply rooted in the culinary world.
I was tasked with animating the logo for Ready Jet Cook, where Jet Tila shares his favorite go-to recipes and shops at his family's grocery store.

Heard of 90-day Fiancé? Of course, you have. This set of templates was created for use in Instagram stories. The goal was to have social play-along games as a companion to the linear show, Love Games, a tournament-style 90-Day Fiancé game show streaming on Discovery Plus.

Food Network’s “Hot List” got off to a sizzling start in its inaugural run. In this first-of-its-kind, cross-social campaign, we announced our selection of 12 must-watch food stars in a daily countdown event that ran from December 20, 2021 through New Year’s Eve.
Each day, we rolled out brand-new "hot" content to introduce fans to our picks and showcase why we selected them.
Content included: 215 total posts, 12 Q&As, 7 reposted TikToks, 10 Instagram takeovers and 8 exclusive demos.
I designed and animated the graphics for this digital series from title cards, lower thirds, Instagram story and Facebook post templates. We also had printed graphics on thank you cards and aprons to send out to the talent featured.

The conceptual approach to this design package uses the circle part of the Food Network logo as a jumping off point. The graphics are defined by the use of the combination of circular and geometric shapes coming together to build images and textures.
This package was created to build consistency for Food Network digital and to differentiate it from Food Network Kitchen. Its objective was to standardize the branding for all social media platforms and connect it with the Food Network site.
I designed the patterns used throughout the package. I was also tasked to create designs that could inspire the need for house ads and social posts. I’ve included some examples of elements I designed as well.

The Black Voices hub came into the Discovery Plus universe in 2022 to shine upon shows and movies with black representation. This graphics package was based off of a design toolkit created by my Creative Director. I created title cards, lower thirds and end cards that were used on social platforms to promote the Black Voices hub.

In this 5 episode series, Keli Rosa Cabunoc Romero explores some of the history, stories, and culinary traditions surrounding the Dia De los Muertos Holiday. At her local community center in San Antonio, Texas, she interviews some of her favorite chefs to swap stories and learn how to prepare their favorite Dia De los Muertos dishes. From tamales to churros, these recipes are celebratory and rooted in a range of both Indigenous and Mexican traditions.

Chalk Point Kitchen had a farm-to-table aesthetic and the restaurant’s goal was to attract the younger generation to come and dine with us. To promote this, I created custom stickers, merchandise, street posters, and social posts that had a more vibrant and lively look and feel to them.

This is an animation I worked on for Times Square Alliance to announce its Holiday Market to people working around the city. The ad was shown through Captivate lobby and elevator media, which shows content to upscale professionals in premier office towers across the U.S. and Canada resulting in meaningful connections among viewers, brands and their buildings.

I had the privilege of designing assets for a digital series that aired on Food Network Kitchen, called Takeout Twins. The series took viewers inside some of their favorite celebrities' kitchens, with the Potash twins teaching them how to make their favorite takeout dishes. At the conclusion of each episode, the twins and celebrity guests ordered the same dish they prepared from a takeout restaurant and performed a comparison test.

Before the iconic Times Square New Year's Eve numerals go up to the top of One Times Square, where they light up when the ball drops to mark the beginning of the new year, their first stop is on Duffy Square. People from all across the globe come to New York to celebrate New Year’s Eve and take pictures with the numerals to create memories they’ll always cherish.

There's no better place to say "I love you" than Times Square. On Valentine’s Day every year, New Yorkers and visitors alike declare their love and celebrate their relationships at the crossroads of the world through surprise proposals, a wedding in the heart of Times Square, and a vow renewal ceremony on Duffy Square's iconic red steps.
I was tasked to design the signage for the screens on top of American Eagle outfitters and the posters around Times Square for this event. I updated the signage with words that represent love and wedding ceremonies using handlettering and typography together.

While working at Happy Cooking Hospitality, I had the pleasure of updating the look and feel of the menus at Jeffrey's Grocery, a restaurant in West Village focused on seafood and American fare.
The goal was to make the design as friendly as the atmosphere of the restaurant. All menu headers were hand-lettered and vectorized. Some of the menus included illustrations like the ones shown. The seashell illustrations were created by another illustrator and used as the cover.
